The Recreational Gym classes at Dynamo Gymnastics are all age specific.
Gymtots, for babies to 4 years, offers structured pre-school gymnastics
and movement sessions in a stimulating and safe environment. 
Children aged 4-7 years can join our Gyminis classes where they will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills. 
The General Gymnastics classes welcome children over the age of 7 years, as do the Girls and Boys Clubs. 
We also run Adult Gymnastic classes open to anyone over the age of 18.
