Dynamo School of Gymnastics hosted the Hampshire In-Age Levels Championships last weekend.
In the Level 5 competition, 8 year-old, Lila North competing in her first year of competition put in a good performance to finish 14th overall.
In the Level 4 competition, 9 year-old, Amelie Goosey, put in a fantastic performance to finish 3rd overall. Amelie also became the Level 4 vault champion, and added a Bronze medal for her steady Beam routine.
In the Level 3 competition, 10 year-old, Sydney Letchford, was crowned the Hampshire Champion, adding Gold on all four apparatus to her collection. Sydney competed new moves on every apparatus, upping her skill level ahead of the Regional Championships in 2 weeks time.
Dynamo had 4 girls in the Level 2 competition, Ella Beattie-Edwards, finished in 3rd place overall adding Bronze on Bars for her new routine. In 4th place was Leah Mitchell, who was crowned the Hampshire Vault Champion for her Tucked Tsukahara. In 5th place, Tayah Askham, who also added 3rd place on Vault, and finishing in 6th overall, Olivia Essex, who added Bronze on Beam and Floor.
The girls will continue working their routines ahead of the Regional Championships in 2 weeks time, with some of the girls travelling to Nottingham this weekend for the Sandra Clark Invitational.
